My Story

I am intrigued by the familiarity of the everyday. The highs. The lows. The ordinary. My work encourages you to linger in the simplicity and repetitiveness of mundane things because these are the basis of healing. When we feel unsound or unbalanced, art becomes therapeutic, showing us that meaning is often found along the way. All of my pieces revolve around my river house, a place that consistently calms me, leaving me in static reverie. By channeling my feelings and memories of this special place into art, I find the balance within the routine. The highs. The lows. The ordinary.
